An award ceremony is an event which celebrates the success stories in any industry, whether it be Film awards, TV awards or Local awards. London Audio Visual work hard to ensure that you create a truly magnificent awards show.

At London Audio Visual we understand that your event needs to be a memorable one, better than previous awards shows you may have hosted. During site visits we will discuss with you the various options you have to make your vision happen.
Design facilities on site
We have design facilities on site, so we are able to construct sets and staging to your requirements. You can customise the staging with your choice of carpet colour.
Lighting is a crucial element of any award show. Par can lights can be used to light up the stage. Follow spots are a great way to highlight the winners journey from the audience to the stage. Uplighters can be used around the room, in a colour of your choice, to work with your event theme.
Our on-site visit will determine what type of sound system the venue will require. Our technicians will work on ensuring the sound is distributed evenly and that even the audience members at the back can hear everything clearly.
Lecterns can be set-up on the main stage for the presenters to speak from. Wireless microphones or lapel microphones can be used for all speakers.
For all audience members to be able to see the event clearly, we recommend setting up plasma screens with a live feed of the presentations on the main stage.
Our team will look at where you may need other visual aids throughout the ceremony. Our technicians will be able to link any presentations or video footage to plasma screens, which can be set up either side of the stage. And remember if your awards show has an after party…or two…our team can also set up the audio and visual equipment for those.
